Associate Pastor or Director of Urban Ministry

New Hope Philly is a non-denominational urban church and ministry with the mission of making Jesus famous in our Southwest Philadelphia community and the world. We serve the immediate neighborhood surrounding our church through regular outreach, home visits, and weekly worship services and Bible studies for men and women. Established in 2014, New Hope Philly strives to be the church Jesus intended. We have a diverse congregation of born-again believers of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and walks of life.

We are seeking an Associate Pastor or Director of Urban Ministry to join our team. This role will be instrumental in the church's day-to-day operations and leadership in addition to overseeing various ministries. The ideal candidate should have a firm conviction that God is calling him to this body of believers and the surrounding community. The candidate must possess effective organizational, planning, and communication skills and the desire to lead and lift new programs that will reach the lost in our community.

New Hope Philly is also a residential discipleship ministry for men who've struggled with life-dominating sin and addiction who now feel called to serve in ministry. They attend Bible school, serve in our church and community, and function day-to-day as staff interns.
